Job Overview
We seek a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a liaison between customers and our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders in our ERP system, providing accurate unit prices, availability, and necessary information.
- Establish new accounts with complete profiles and interact with personnel to expedite shipments and deliveries.
- Coordinate after-sales support and prepare invoices while resolving discrepancies.
- Receive, document, investigate, and resolve customer complaints, providing product and technical information as needed.
- Acknowledge focal point for customers and field sales to resolve questions and problems regarding pricing, freight, payment, product quality, or other service-related items.
