Primary Function
This role provides customer service to maintain and enhance existing business and obtain new business. You will act as a liaison between customers and Hallstar's supply chain team to ensure all customer requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive orders from customers and process them in our ERP system. Inform customers of unit price, availability, and any additional information needed to complete the transaction.
- Establish new accounts with complete account profiles.
- Interact with other personnel to expedite shipment and delivery of orders. Coordinate transportation arrangements with internal and external logistics resources.
- C coordinate after-sales support for customers as necessary.
- Prepare invoices and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Receive, document, investigate, and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with product and technical information or refer them to qualified personnel.
- Act as a focal point for customers and field sales to resolve questions and problems regarding pricing, freight, payment of invoices, product quality, or other product/service-related items.
- Evaluate opportunities for process improvements that positively impact the customer experience.
- Support sales force activities through effective communication and partnership.
