Increase in Insurance Benefits - Bus Drivers will now receive $100 toward their monthly premium, in addition to the standard benefit of $225 all employees now receive.
Implementation of Attendance Incentive - $50 paid monthly for 100% attendance for both morning and afternoon portions of scheduled routes in the previous month (4 weeks.)
Implementation of Signing Bonus - $750 eligible after driver successfully completes first 4 weeks with 100% attendance for both the morning and afternoon parts of scheduled routes. Once eligibility is verified, this pay will be included in their regular payroll check.

- I agree for my driving record to be reviewed by the District's Insurance Company. I agree to drug and alcohol testing as required by the District. I understand that the district is required by federal regulations to obtain alcohol and drug testing results from previous employers for two years prior to the date of the application.
- I certify that I am NOT related to any present member of the Board of Trustees of the Hallsville Independent School District, #102-904, within the third degree by blood relatives or within the second degree by marriage relatives.
