Responsibilities :
Reporting directly to the shift Team Leaders and Production Supervisor, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
- Ensure consistent adherence to production requirements and standards.
- Strive to enhance productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
- Complete packaging tasks, including box assembly, packing, and taping.
- Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.
- Promptly report any machinery issues to management.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and promptly report safety concerns to management.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
- Be available for overtime as needed, including nights and weekends.
