Opener/ Key Holder

OPENER/KEY HOLDER Ideal candidate should be at least 18 years old. Part time positions. Opener job hours are 2:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Closer hours are 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Store is open 7 days a week from 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm, including all holidays except Thanksgiving & Christmas. Supervisor key holder positions available also. Excellent customer service a must. Duties include serving ice cream treats, making espresso drinks and keeping the store neat and clean. Able to stand all shift. Good attendance mandatory. Barista experience a plus, but not necessary. Will train. Full time positions available also, if desired. PTO for full timer after 6 months.

Duties

• Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising.
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and fostering a positive shopping experience.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance their performance and development.
• Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organizational standards throughout the store, ensuring cleanliness and product presentation.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail math principles and inventory management practices.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
