Job Description
Job Summary
The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for resolving escalated service incidents and complex requests, coaching other engineers, leading implementation of complex projects, and maintaining and overseeing the technology of their assigned accounts. This role is a key position within the Infrastructure and Cloud Operations team.

Job Specifications - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education Level | Experience Required
- Bachelor degree in discipline appropriate to assignment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Related certifications will be helpful.
- The candidate must have 5 years of experience supporting an enterprise environment (500 server environment, 3,000 client endpoints).
