We are a full-service brand management and consulting firm that specializes in connecting clients to their consumers in a more interactive, personalized approach. We are able to effectively do this through targeted product recommendations, superior customer service, and attentive supervision on all orders. We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative that will act as an advocate for the consumer and help to continuously drive our customer service standards higher.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will follow up with designated customers to answer questions regarding account information, discuss eligible service upgrades, and help troubleshoot delivery/installation issues. This specific role does not require any cold calling or lead generation. Our client provides a generated lead list of customers that have the services already OR they are customers that have directly inquired about the products, services, and technology being offered.
Position Responsibilities:
- Use a generated lead list to follow up with prospective customers and address their product, service, or account inquiries
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers by displaying a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times
- Classroom style learning, role playing, and completing product knowledge exercises.
- Manage accounts and help develop new outreach initiatives once initial training is completed
- Implement and enforce compliance policies and procedures
- Work with customer service and sales departments to promote client’s products as well as follow up with a generated lead list provided by the client specifically
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferred, but not required
- At least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
- At least 1-2 years of successfully working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt when new products are released or compliance policies have been updated
- Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Word in order to properly track and manage orders
- Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
