Our Verizon Representatives are truly the cornerstone of brand representation. Verizon Representatives are the first faces our valued customers see and are responsible for creating an unforgettable customer experience. This role involves daily customer interactions, so an ideal candidate will have customer service, sales, or retail experience. However, this role is entry level, so no formal experience is required. Our Verizon Representatives will receive training in the following areas:
- Customer Service Skills
- Product & Service Knowledge
- Sales Techniques
- CRM & Sales Software
- Compliance Policies
Verizon Representative Day-to-Day:
- Work directly with customers to educate them on Verizon’s products and services and offer tailored solutions throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors’ promotions to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with fellow Verizon Representatives to analyze and track sales data, identifying areas for improvement within promotional campaigns
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive company revenue and maximize brand loyalty
- Plan and present meetings for Verizon Representatives to increase efficiency within the team and streamline the overall sales process
- Adhere to all company, client, and CDC guidelines during all customer interactions to ensure our safety and the customers’
Verizon Representative Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or any client-facing role is preferred but not required (we provide full training!)
- Comfortable negotiating sales contracts and overturning objections
- Excited to work directly with people, whether it be customers, clients or teammates
- Passionate about technology and telecommunications
- Has a basic understanding of the sales cycle
- Possesses a student mentality and wants to develop new skill sets
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week
