Join us as a Front Desk Liaison specializing in imaging and Hereditary Cancer Testing. This position will be based in Winston-Salem and is required to be fully onsite Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4pm EST. Our Front desk Liaison plays a pivotal role in collaborating with our site admitting staff to provide an exceptional patient experience to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities
- Answering general hereditary cancer testing questions for high-risk patients.
- Liaison between patient and admitting staff in high volume outpatient setting.
- Insurance identification and verification.
- Maintain compassion and professional demeanor with patients and center staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in high volume radiology center.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated and highly driven to succeed.
- This position does require you to stand for up to 7 hours each day.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Qualifications: 1 year of medical front office experience including ability to identify different insurance plans.
Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their insurance identification and interpersonal skills through a comprehensive assessment as part of the selection process.
