This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in Kansas to support and oversee operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional strategy to drive growth and expand HALO Dx's presence within the healthcare community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Oversee and support client partnerships, ensuring seamless service delivery and high satisfaction levels.
- Stay up to date on advancements in genetic testing and radiology to effectively communicate HALO Dx's value proposition.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with HALO Dx.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for expansion within the genetic testing and radiology sectors.
- Provide regular reports on regional performance, client engagement, and key business metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize client experiences and address any partner-related challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Consulting background with experience in healthcare, medical sales, or business development.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in healthcare, radiology, or genetic testing is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory to meet with clients and oversee regional operations.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for presentations, data entry, and communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing industry dynamics.
