Part-Time Event Booking Assistant (Commission-Based)
I’m looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive assistant to help me book and coordinate mediumship events in the Tri-State area, with a focus on New Jersey. If you have strong communication skills, are great at outreach, and understand the power of social media, this could be the perfect side hustle for you!
Responsibilities:
Research and secure venues for 8 mediumship events per year (theaters, spiritual centers, bookstores, etc.).
Handle email communication with venues, ensuring professional and timely follow-ups.
Negotiate terms, secure dates, and finalize event details.
Maintain a schedule and track venue contacts.
Assist with event promotion via social media (optional but preferred).
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills – you must be professional, persuasive, and clear in emails and calls.
Strong writing skills for email outreach.
Social media savvy – understanding how to leverage online platforms for event promotion.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Experience in event booking, sales, or PR is a plus but not required.
Comfortable working on commission-based pay, with earnings received once an event is successfully booked and completed.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role, meaning you earn a percentage from each event successfully booked and completed.
