Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality diagnostic radiographs using digital radiography system.
- Practice radiation safety precautions to maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients.
- Explain x-ray procedures to patients and accompanying members.
- Assist in transferring and positioning patients for comfort and quality radiographs.
- Enter patient information into EMR for interpretation by Orthopaedic Surgeons, adhering to HIPPA guidelines.
- Accommodate unscheduled tasks to complete work in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Orthopedics experience required.
- X-ray tech license.
- MA certification or diploma.
