Foreman – Lead with Precision at Halo Structural Products

At Halo Structural Products, we’re not just manufacturing anchor bolts and all-thread rods—we’re building a legacy of precision, integrity, and operational excellence. As a company that thrives on delivering dependable structural solutions, we’re looking for a Foreman who’s ready to take ownership of daily production, drive results, and lead from the front.

If you’re passionate about making things work—on time, safely, and to spec—we want to meet you.

Purpose of the Role

The Foreman is the heartbeat of our production floor. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day manufacturing operations, coordinating labor, materials, and machinery to ensure high-quality products are delivered efficiently and safely. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring we hit our goals without compromising quality or safety.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Production & Workflow Management: Plan and oversee production schedules to meet delivery deadlines while maximizing efficiency. Adjust as needed to keep operations moving without bottlenecks.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Monitor production output to ensure everything meets industry standards and customer requirements. Address defects and implement improvements swiftly.
  • Inventory & Materials Management: Ensure raw materials are stocked and ready—no delays, no waste. Coordinate closely with procurement to stay ahead of production needs.
  • Team Leadership & Workforce Optimization: Lead by example. Train, coach, and assign team members based on strengths. Create a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and support.
  • Equipment & Tool Maintenance: Keep our machines running smoothly. Schedule regular maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain safety.
  • Order Fulfillment & Customer Commitments: Track job progress and ensure orders ship on time. Keep internal stakeholders in the loop with clear, timely updates.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and safety standards daily. Conduct inspections, correct unsafe behavior, and champion a safety-first mindset.

The Right Fit Has

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes—especially metal fabrication, threading, and coating
  • Experience maintaining high standards through quality control practices
  • Familiarity with managing equipment and tools for optimal performance
  • Proven leadership in a production environment
  • Sharp problem-solving and time management skills
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
  • A personal commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace

Compensation & Benefits
