Purpose of the Role
The Foreman is the heartbeat of our production floor. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day manufacturing operations, coordinating labor, materials, and machinery to ensure high-quality products are delivered efficiently and safely. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring we hit our goals without compromising quality or safety.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Production & Workflow Management: Plan and oversee production schedules to meet delivery deadlines while maximizing efficiency. Adjust as needed to keep operations moving without bottlenecks.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Monitor production output to ensure everything meets industry standards and customer requirements. Address defects and implement improvements swiftly.
- Inventory & Materials Management: Ensure raw materials are stocked and ready—no delays, no waste. Coordinate closely with procurement to stay ahead of production needs.
- Team Leadership & Workforce Optimization: Lead by example. Train, coach, and assign team members based on strengths. Create a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and support.
- Equipment & Tool Maintenance: Keep our machines running smoothly. Schedule regular maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain safety.
- Order Fulfillment & Customer Commitments: Track job progress and ensure orders ship on time. Keep internal stakeholders in the loop with clear, timely updates.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and safety standards daily. Conduct inspections, correct unsafe behavior, and champion a safety-first mindset.
The Right Fit Has
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes—especially metal fabrication, threading, and coating
- Experience maintaining high standards through quality control practices
- Familiarity with managing equipment and tools for optimal performance
- Proven leadership in a production environment
- Sharp problem-solving and time management skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments
- Clear communication and a customer-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Pay: Approx $60,000 - $70,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
