We are looking for an Account Manager , who will grow existing client accounts . This sales and tactically driven position will require client relationship management and promotional industry knowledge, supplier relationships, and knowledge of brand guidelines.

Responsibilities
Achieve each client's marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutionsEnsure on-time and on-budget delivery of solutionsOwner of the client experienceRevenue accountability for a portfolio of accounts; meet targeted revenue growth and marginExpand existing account revenue by introducing HALO's unrivaled set of capabilitiesManage a portfolio projects with varying clients, timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical complexitiesProduce creative and accurate quotes and presentations using innovative product ideasUtilize vendor relationship and internal resources for resourceful sourcing and quoting strategies, balancing the client’s and company’s business needsOnboard new clients to HALO ways of working : ordering, approvals, quality, production, and moreModel HALO values of Ingenuity, Inclusion, and Determination while working collaboratively as one, national teamManage client expectations through effective communication of project changes, order timelines and status updates to internal and external stakeholdersContribute to winning new client accountsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes, orders and art proofsGenerate reports to track open orders and billing progressCommunicate extensively with manufacturers and clientsDevelop strong relationships with Sales and Promotional Product SuppliersCoordinate ordering and return of samples for client presentationsEnter sales ordersCoordinate client reviews and proof approvalsRequirements :
3 years experience in a project management role5 years in sales support experienceProficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Proficient in ERP systemsEnjoy problem-solving, and helping customersComfortable making judgment calls, and prioritizing workloadExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsMotivated by working in a goal-oriented, deadline-driven team with autonomy in how you workAbility to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracyCurious, flexible and good humored with a positive “can do” attitudeActive participant in giving and receiving in appreciative and constructive feedbackMotivated learner that will take advantage of on-the-job training, complementary training programs, career mentorships, and stretch assignmentsCompensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is between $47,000 and $75,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
