The Data Engineering team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Alteryx Developer to join them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and experience with Alteryx Designer to create, manage, and optimize workflows. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Alteryx workflows to support data analytics and reporting needs.
- Responsible for data preparation, data blending, and the creation of data models / sets using Alteryx.
- Good Analytic capabilities in analyzing data, reporting requirements, identify KPIs, insights and trends
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Alteryx.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Automate data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Alteryx workflows and related data issues.
- Document workflows, processes, and data models to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Alteryx and data analytics.

Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $130,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
