The Product Manager is responsible for working with the customer to understand their needs and translating them into a product vision and roadmap. They will be working with internal stakeholders and suppliers to define, develop, and document the product vision.
Strategy : Defining product strategy with all relevant stakeholders, and effectively prioritize across initiatives, teams, and functions.
Roadmap : Hands-on defining of roadmaps and creating user stories with cross functional teams.
Collaboration : Successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units.
Research : Conducting data driven research to drive product decisions.
Design : Work with the Design (UI / UX) teams to deliver user centric solutions.

Responsibilities
Define the product requirements and measures of success that align to roadmap deliverables aligned with company vision, customer needs, and market trends.Engage Engineering with a Product Owner mindset to ensure product requirements are established, user stories are written and acceptance criteria followed per agile software development principles.Author use cases based on specific, real-world product applications and extrapolate detailed product requirements.Manage backlog of prioritized features and enhancements according to customer need and product roadmap.Identify key KPI and OKRs, build reports, and run analysis to determine opportunities to enhance or develop new features, functionality and products.Evangelize the product vision across owned product lines to stakeholders.Ability to exercise judgement and make tactical prioritization decisions working closely with Product peers and Engineering leadership.Perform and coordinate software acceptance and regression testing.Lead coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation.Educating and mentoring individuals on Agile methodology will be essential to this individual’s success.Facilitate great agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration review and retrospectives.Other responsibilities as assigned.Requirements :
5 years of Product Management experience with demonstrated accomplishments in implementing projects and other initiatives. Candidate must be able to demonstrate a history of repeatedly leading successful project execution.Prior work experience with development methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, and / or Lean.Great communicator and listener in-person, over phone, email, and videoconference.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present and communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.Able to create and maintain standard project deliverables for multiple projects such as : technical product specifications, requirements backlogs, process flows, wireframes, mockups, timelines, etc.Aptitude to translate business requirements into technical requirements.Capable of facilitating communication between stakeholders from all levels of the organization while objectively identifying and resolving conflict.Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize competing priorities.Understand all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).Proficiently drive business participation in all phases of the project.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).Strong work ethic, good humored with a positive “can do” attitude.Values curiosity, creativity, inclusive teams, and achieving results.Problem solver that is comfortable making judgment calls how to spend time.Loves learning by providing, receiving and responding positively to constructive feedback.Detail oriented and strong organizational skills; Motivated by deadlines.Strong organization, time management, self-initiative, sense of ownership and accountability.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to comprehend technical information and instructions in order to communicate and collaborate with coworkers, clients, stakeholders, etc.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, MBA strongly preferred.Experience with product performance monitoring and optimization.Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.Knowledge of databases, SQL structures and writing simple queries.Basic knowledge of HTML and / or other web based technologies.5 years combined experience in supplier, and / or promotional products industry.Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $130,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
