As a Software Architect , you'll step into a technical leadership role where your expertise and experience will shape the direction of HALO's projects. You will play a key role in making sure HALO's software solutions meet the project goals and objectives and are designed to be scalable, reliable, maintainable, secure, and performant.
Responsibilities :
- Defining, designing, and documenting the software architecture for projects & selecting the appropriate technologies, frameworks, and patterns to create robust and scalable systems
- Leading design reviews and incorporating feedback into designs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to software development teams
- Implementing best practices in technology and architectural principles
- Identifying and addressing potential risks & challenges, proactively assessing the system's architecture to identify potential issues, and devising strategies to mitigate them
Requirements
Required skills & experience :
Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $190,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
