As a Planner / Scheduler , you will :
Develop & Manage Schedules : Issue weekly and monthly schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Plan Maintenance Operations : Coordinate orders, purchase necessary parts, and arrange contractor services.
Track & Communicate Progress : Publish weekly KPIs and maintain open communication on completed work and overtime needs.
Ensure Work Quality : Verify work requests for accuracy, including correct equipment and clear scope definitions.
Uphold Safety & Compliance : Adhere to plant safety policies and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements.
Education :
High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or equivalent (required).
Certification or experience with Primavera P6 and Last Planner (preferred).
Experience :
15 years of industrial maintenance planning and scheduling experience in small to medium-sized chemical or oil / gas production facilities (required).
10 years of experience with Chempax or SAP enterprise resource planning software (required).
FDA cGMP experience (preferred).
Skills :
Strong communication and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks.
Troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electrical tools.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
