What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Professional position at Halocarbon?
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Halocarbon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership to the Customer Service team and driving success in our Supply Chain organization.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a Customer Service role or function within a commercial or supply chain organization. You will be responsible for developing metrics and presenting departmental performance to senior leadership, as well as owning the customer incident reporting process and managing international documents.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide on-going support to the growth of E-Commerce and engagement with the online customer through Chat Box and other online support tools. You will also facilitate customer quotes, help monitor quote conversion rate, and support initiatives to establish a CRM tool.
