Position Summary :
Responsible for ensuring that all required paperwork and payment are submitted by Drivers on a daily basis.

Essential Functions :
Ensure that all required paperwork and payment has been submitted by driver.
Ensure that all invoices have been properly signed.
Submit payments to AR Clerk.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal, customer service and telephone skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Equipment / Tools / Technology :
Desktop computer
Spreadsheet, word processing, email, internet, traffic routing and Hours of Service applications.
Calculator
Telephone head-set
Office printer / copier / facsimile machine
