Position Summary :
Provides friendly and efficient customer service, order processing and delivery support to customers of Halperns' Steak & Seafood via phone, email and internet. Strengthens customer relationships through strong product knowledge and product application, delivery coordination, and error resolution.
Essential Functions :
- Serve as liaison between the Outside Sales Representative and customer.
- Develop and Maintain customer relationships.
- Supports and partners within assigned division and customer assignment.
- Manages customer orders manually and completes timely callbacks / e-mails to discuss edits and confirm complete orders.
- Maintain current knowledge of product and system status within divisions to assist Outside Sales Representatives and customers.
- Serves as information resource to Outside Sales Representatives, on product related questions regarding inventory levels and general product information
- Arrange exception deliveries in collaboration with Transportation departments, 3rd party order / delivery systems, aligned with Halperns'.
- Support Outside Sales Representatives with order entry.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
