Starting Pay: $20.75/hr
Schedule: Mon- Fri 6:30am until finish

Position Summary:
Coordinates and assists in the supervision of activities of Halperns’ warehouse functions.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborates with the supervisor to assist in coordinating the daily activities of Halperns’ warehouse operations.
- Monitors the receiving, selection, and/or loading of warehouse product to ensure the efficient flow of products in the warehouse.
- Assists in observations for employee reviews, and disciplinary actions. Monitors and prioritizes order fulfillment.
- Assists in investigating variances.
- Provides training for employees on job technique and/or safety requirements.
- Serve in the function of employee or supervisor as appropriate.
- Assists in resolving warehouse issues, problems or conflicts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment.
- Employees in all warehouse positions must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms, and horns that are used to warn employees of the start-up, movement, or approach of equipment (including forklifts, turrets, overhead cranes, conveyors, trucks, and other equipment operated inside or outside the warehouse), mechanical abnormalities, and similar risk situations during warehouse operations.
Equipment / Tools / Technology:
- Ability to use a radio frequency handheld computer.
- Ability to operate a PIV.
Minimum Years of Experience:
- At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience required.
