Our Client, a reliable plastics injection molding machine manufacturer is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their team based in the U.S. This position is based in Arizona and Utah & it will be a remote role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to generate quotes, revise orders, and close deals for machines and robots.
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships through continuous follow-up and engagement.
- Generate requests for quotes and manage order processing.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure quotes meet customer specifications and generate revisions as needed.
- Oversee the order administration process from entry through delivery and start-up.
- Address customer complaints, delays, and other issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various departments and international teams to ensure timely solutions.
- Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification Requirements:
- Education:
- High school diploma with relevant work experience required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the plastic, rubber, or silicone injection molding industry (maintenance, processing, engineering, etc.).
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a technical/machinery/capital equipment environment.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage both new and existing accounts.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Plastics processing training is preferred.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Other Requirements:
- Travel:
- Must be able to travel as needed within the assigned region and to attend sales meetings and trade shows.
- Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally on occasion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
