Requirements:
• Proficient working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of and proficiency in working with ERP Systems

Responsibilities:
• Receive and prepare daily invoices for payment, PO matching, proper GL coding, and reporting
• Upon invoice receipt, ensure approval for payment, before executing the full cycle A/P process
• Perform payment review of all payments
• Investigate and provide reconciliation to imbalances
• Prepare and process checks, electronic transactions, and payments
• Perform monthly reconciliations providing clear documentation of the reconciled items
• Prepare month-end accrual journal entries
• Maintain communicative relationships with customers, upholding customer relations
• Maintain and follow up on invoices not yet received or paid
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Provide professional customer service, externally and internally
