In this role, you will be responsible for building an efficient operational system, identifying and resolving market-specific challenges, and playing a pivotal role in shaping our operations in the region. This role provides a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative initiative that is driving significant change within the cattle ranching industry. You will play a key role in our USA rollout, offering essential support to farms during deployment and ensuring ongoing maintenance throughout their journey with Halter.
This position requires versatility and adaptability. You may find yourself repairing and upgrading infrastructure one moment and delivering towers and collars the next. You will be the go-to person, responsible for ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively for an unmatched customer experience.
As a Fleet Operations Technician, you will work closely with a dedicated team both in the USA and at Halter’s Auckland HQ, ensuring a collaborative and rewarding work environment.
Compensation : $60K / yr - $90K / yr
