The Assistant Community Manager's main responsibility is to support the Community Manager of the assigned community with daily operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to marketing, administration, leasing, property maintenance and security, record keeping, and reporting.

Rate of Pay:$45,000-$50,000 a year depending on expereience

Rate of Pay:$45,000-$50,000 a year depending on expereience

- Maintain highest occupancy possible
- Walk apartments once resident turns in notice
- Prepare for move ins, renovations, and turns timely
- Monitor Advertising sources; IE: Internet, print ads, and locator services
- Maintain regular office hours
- Handle resident concerns/problems
- Enforce lease agreements, as well as house/community policies
- Prepare/process all documents related to rent
- Document all changes in the resident file
- Monitor and supervise contracted services and vendors
- Keep Outlook open, respond to emails and voicemails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide leasing assistance per property needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 yrs in Property Management
- Ability to problem solve with staff and residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
