What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive/Sales position at Halverson Team?
Our local agency is growing and we are looking for a quality candidate to help with new account acquisition and existing account management. At The Halverson Team we are committed to helping local businesses create the best benefit packages for their business and their employees. With a consultative approach, we focus on helping to identify areas of need and position strategies that are customized to each specific client.
No experience is required, but sales experience is a plus. We are committed to the development of our local team and focus weekly on development and training. The income stated above is avg for first year, but true earning potential is up to you. This position is 100% commission-based and requires the stamina to cold call (lead generation and management tool provided), drive to/attend client meetings, and present yourself in a professional manner.
This is a Licensed insurance position, there will be background checks.
We will help get your insurance license if you do not already have it.
