We are looking for a Logistics IT Portfolio Management Analyst that will support the Portfolio Strategy Division (PSD) in driving logistics IT modernization and efficiency efforts within the Headquarters, Department of the Army, G-46. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the Army's logistics IT portfolio, ensuring alignment with broader DoD IT modernization efforts, and promoting compliance, governance, and business agility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the development and implementation of the LOG IT portfolio strategy, including modernization, sustainment, and rationalization efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functional domains to identify opportunities for convergence, sustainment, or divestment of LOG IT investments.
- Analyze and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, promote compliance, and strengthen governance across the LOG IT landscape.
- Support the integration of Enterprise Business System-Convergence (EBS-C) and other modernization initiatives, including the development of system divesture roadmaps and cost avoidance targets.
- Facilitate scoping sessions and prioritize change requests to ensure Zero Trust (ZT) compliance and auditability across all ERP systems.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards to track prioritized change requests and inform resource allocation.
- Support the refinement of the LOG Domain Portfolio Roadmap (SV-8) and the development of a comprehensive LOG Domain System Review Plan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within HQDA G-46, promoting agile principles and practices across the enterprise.
- Support the development and sustainment of the LOG IT architecture, ensuring compliance with policy, regulation, and law.
- Champion data-driven decision-making by developing and updating LOG domain data elements and data products, including support for Defense Logistics Management Standards (DLMS) compliance.
- Produce high-quality Army documentation, including Information Papers, Point Papers, White Papers, EXORDs, FRAGOs, and ALARACTs, in accordance with AR 25-50, TRADOC 1-11, and ADP 5-0, to inform and support senior leader decision-making.
