Duties and Responsibilities
The SCRUM master will be responsible for facilitating agile practices, ensuring smooth implementation of Scrum frameworks, and empowering cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time. You will act as a servant leader, guiding teams in the process of continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and removing any obstacles to help achieve sprint goals.
Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
- Bachelor's Degree (Direct and relevant experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.)
- Four or more years of experience facilitating/leading Agile product teams.
- Professional Scrum Master
- Ability to obtain a NACI background clearance
