Halvorsen USA is looking for a QA/QC Manager to lead our welding program at our Cleveland, Ohio facility. This role is an opportunity to apply your skills on a number of exciting custom projects in the aerospace, defense, mining, and oil & gas industries.

Preferred Experience:
- CWI or CAWI certification
- Knowledge and practical experience of common welding processes such as SMAW, SAW, FCAW, GMAW and GTAW
- Experience in plate fabricating environment
- Ability to write and administer WPS/PQR/WPQs
- Knowledge of industry standards and specifications such as ASME, AWS, ISO and/or NACE
- Knowledge of industry related NDE
- Ability to perform certain NDE inspections
- Mag particle testing – LVL I / II
- Dye penetrant testing – LVL I / II
- Visual testing - CWI
