Job Overview

Hamadeh Educational Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Technical Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer systems and applications within the school district.
• Provide technical assistance to staff and students, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Resolve network interruptions and maintain a detailed log of system updates and maintenance activities.
• Organize and file documentation related to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Arabic language an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
