Job Requirements:
- 3 months of hands-on personal care experience
- Valid photo ID and Social Security Number
- A compassionate, caring attitude
- PCA or HHA certification preferred (we assist with certification for qualified candidates)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure comfort and safety
- Help clients with meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with medication reminders as needed
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes to the supervisor
- Follow individual care plans to ensure clients’ needs are met
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
- Communicate regularly with the care team and family members about the client’s well-being
Position Details:
- Shifts available: Day, Evening, Overnight, and 12-hour shifts
- Work availability: Weekdays and weekends
- Full-time, part-time, or temporary roles
- Hours: 16 – 40 hours per week, based on your availability
