Responsibilities:
- Match caregivers with clients for optimal scheduling
- Communicate changes, conflicts, and updates with both caregivers and clients
- Stay ahead of any scheduling needs or changes to ensure smooth operations
- Address inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or other team members
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
- A willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
