Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Security Officer located in Brooklyn, NY. The Information Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing security measures to protect the organization's computer systems and networks. They will develop and enforce policies, conduct risk assessments, monitor security access, and investigate security breaches.
Qualifications
- Business Continuity, Data Privacy, and Cybersecurity skills
- Experience with Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Information Security Management
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
