Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Cage and Vault Supervisor to join our team in Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As a Cage and Vault Supervisor, you will supervise daily cage operations and deliver exceptional guest service.

Hours will vary as the team member will train/work on the overnight shift, day shift, 4am drop and both the day and overnight bank shifts. Must be available holidays and weekends.

What will you do?
- Lead and supervise a team of associates, providing planning and scheduling of work assignments, and performance development.
- Participate in the selection and training of new team members, working to ensure they are knowledgeable of laws and procedures.
- Maintain self-serve kiosks.
- Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly reports.
- Cross train in all facets of cage operations including Drop/Count and Main Bank.
- Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicable. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Monitor the ticket redemption machines and schedule maintenance as needed.
- Maintain the supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary.
- Understand the goals and vision of the organization and demonstrate commitment to those goals in terms of individual and team performance.
More about you
- Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressments.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in a results-oriented, high-volume environment required.
- Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally and push trolly cart with approximate weight of 75lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must able to bend, lift and crouch as needed.
- Gaming environment, noise levels may be moderate-to-high, including exposure to second-hand smoke.
