As the face (and voice!) of our sales department, you’ll be building relationships, solving problems, and driving revenue—all while making our customers feel like rockstars. If you’re a multitasking pro who loves a good challenge, this role is for you!

What will you be doing?
· Customer Superstar: Engage with customers by phone, email, and in person to answer
questions and provide top-tier service.
· Sales Savvy: Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and maximize sales (no cold calling!).
· Relationship Guru: Build long-lasting connections with customers that keep them coming back.
· Product Expert: Learn the ins and outs of our products and services to help customers find the
perfect solution.
· Problem Solver: Address concerns and work with our team to find solutions fast.
· Showroom Sales: Guide customers in the showroom and match them with the best garage
doors for their needs.
· Warehouse Assistance: Pull small parts from our warehouse for walk-in customers. Use forklift
to unload deliveries.
· Tech-Savvy: Maintain proficiency in using personal computers, data entry, and other common
office equipment and software.
What do you need?
· Education: High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
· Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience required (sales experience preferred!).
· Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are a must. Tech-savvy? Even
better!
· Bonus Points: Familiarity with warehouse tasks, forklift experience or CRM software.
Work Hours:
· Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
· Some Saturday’s from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
· Trade Shows: Represent us at 1-2 local trade shows per year!
