What are the responsibilities and job description for the Videographer position at Hamburg Township?
Hamburg Township is looking for a part-time videographer to record and broadcast the
Township's meetings. The position pays $22.79/hour and includes a two hour minimum per meeting.
Meeting Schedule is:
. Township Board of Trustees - 1st Tuesday of the month at 2:30 p.m.
. Zoning Board of Appeals - 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m.
. Township Board of Trustees - 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. o Planning Commission - 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. o Occasional special meetings as called by the Township, mostly in the evenings at either 6 p.m. or 7 p.m.
Position Details
Applicants MUST be able to come to a majority of the meetings. Videographers report to the Township Hall Board Meeting Room TV Studio 30 minutes prior to meetings, are responsible for equipment setup and pre-meeting video and audio testing, broadcasting, simulcasting and recording of meetings, and final lock up of building after night meetings. Knowledge of video/audio production is helptul but not required. This is a technical position and not a photography position.
