Manager, Sales & Business Development Teams Responsibilities
Execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Manage, coach, and monitor performance of sales team of 15 team members
- Build and maintain key account relationships and lead high-stakes negotiations
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to meet changing demands
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage sales budgets, activities, and forecasts
- Guide proposal development and manage the bid/RFP process
- Collaborate with purchasing and marketing to implement merchandising strategies
- Utilize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to track and optimize sales performance
- Attend trade shows and conferences to represent the company
Manager, Sales & Business Development Teams Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of B2B sales management (teams of 5 or more) experience required
- Proficiency with CRM utilization required
- Ability to travel locally within the DMV, with occasional national/international travel required
