We have an amazing opportunity to join this pioneering company as their Vice President of PMO, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our project management initiatives. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading large-scale and complex project portfolios.
As a key member of their executive team, you will provide vision, governance, and strategic oversight to ensure the successful delivery of projects in alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership :
Develop and articulate the strategic vision for the PMO, aligning project initiatives with overall organizational goals.
Establish and enforce project management methodologies, standards, and governance processes.
Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive project portfolio that aligns with business priorities.
Communicate effectively with executive leadership, presenting project updates, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the efficient and effective use of personnel, technology, and other resources across the project portfolio.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the PMO, providing regular reports to executive leadership.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of project managers and project support professionals.
