Responsibilities :
- Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Azure, and related technologies.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Configure and manage enterprise-level networking solutions, including MPLS circuits and routers.
- Implement and troubleshoot BGP configurations to ensure network stability and efficiency.
- Support VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing across client environments.
- Collaborate with ISPs and other vendors to ensure high availability of network services.
- Provide Tier 2 / 3 technical support to clients, addressing escalations effectively and professionally.
- Lead or contribute to infrastructure projects, such as network migrations, server upgrades, or cloud transitions.
- Document processes, network configurations, and client environments for seamless knowledge sharing.
- Ensure systems and networks adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Perform regular system and network audits, applying patches and updates as needed.
