We are seeking candidates who have broad hands-on experience including experience with an HRIS product, full cycle recruiting and onboarding, training, employee relations, and exposure to both compensation and benefit programs administration. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities Of The Position Include

Responsibilities Of The Position Include
- Collaborating with the Global HR Team to drive organizational success across multiple regions
- Leading recruiting efforts for US-based locations to attract top talent to the organization
- Providing strategic support for Global Staffing initiatives to meet business needs
- Championing Employee Engagement, Recognition, and Activity Programs to foster a positive workplace culture
- Driving Employee Development and Training Programs to enhance skill-building and career growth
- Facilitating new hire orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless integration experience
- Delivering comprehensive support for employee relations, compensation, and benefits, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals
- 4-year degree in HR management, business, or related field; equivalent education and experience will be considered
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as an HR Generalist with experience in a variety of HR functions
- Working knowledge of Affirmative Action and employee onboarding methods are desirable skills
- Must have full cycle recruiting experience including strong online skills; ADP WorkforceNow Recruiting and LinkedIn experience are highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS; ADP WorkforceNow experience is highly desirable
- Must have demonstrated work history that supports the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Benefits and compensation administration experience is desired
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational and presentation skills are required
- Work experience must include the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong skills and abilities with MS Office Suite are required
