Hamilton College seeks an Advancement Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Advancement Information Services group. This is an entry level temporary position with a pay rate of $20.00 and a maximum duration of one year. This individual will be part of the Analytics and Business Intelligence team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
Learn Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRM-A) by completing Trailheads and other E-learning
Build recipes on CRM-A to join, aggregate, and transform data for analytic ad hocs and dashboards
Design and develop dashboards to address key Advancement questions
Investigate and evaluate the capabilities of Salesforce Einstein Discovery for statistical modeling and machine learning
Develop a proof-of-concept model using Einstein and present to the team
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or related discipline.

Understanding of customer analytics and data sciences
Familiarity with MS Office and Google Sheets / Slides
Experience using data visualization tools such as CRM-A or Tableau to build dashboards is a plus
