About the Job
The Dental Sterilization Technician will be responsible for performing duties that assist the Dental Director, Dentists, and hygienists in the care and treatment of patients. This includes providing knowledgeable assistance to the treating dentist, performing routine and non-routine technical procedures, and maintaining sterilization logs according to JCAHO requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to evaluate patient responses to care through observation, and professionally handle patient complaints.
