Hamilton Connections is seeking candidates for an inventory coordinator position at a company in New Milford, CT. This is a temp-to-hire position.
The hours are 8 : 15 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. The salary is $18 an hour.
Job Responsibilities :
- Count and monitor inventory in warehouse
- Update current inventory stock based on the customer request to change the expiration date, discontinue product, QC material
- Input inventory that is received daily into the database
- Provide customer service to internal & external customers
- Process bulk orders on a daily basis or as needed
- Manage backorders by running open orders report at the time the receiver is entered to make sure all orders are processed
- Proactively follow-up on bulk orders to meet customer requirements
- Reporting as needed based on customer requirements : bulk inventory report, bulk open orders report, combined inventory report, receiving reports, QC report
- Adjust current inventory for labeling errors, missing product, returns
- Generate reports as requested by manager
