Hamilton Connections is seeking candidates for a material handler position on the second shift at a manufacturing company in Danbury, CT. This is a temp-to-hire position.
The hours are 3 : 30 p.m.-12 a.m., Monday-Friday. Training may be required on the first shift for up to four weeks. The pay is $21.16 an hour.
Job Responsibilities :
- Moving material in and out of pallet racks using forklifts
- Moving needed materials on time to assemblers using a forklift
- Making labels using MS Word label program
- Taking waste cardboard and lumber to dumpsters
- Assembling and reassembling pallet racks and shelves as needed
- Taking special inventory counts for the buyer or planner
- Packing actuators when needed
- Other duties as assigned
