Hamilton Connections is looking to fill a MIG Welder role for a manufacturing company in the New Haven area. The ideal candidate has fabrication experience couple with steady verifiable work history. Please send us your resume or call us at 203-287-2870 for consideration.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks to create custom awnings and other metal structures.
  • Ensure all welds meet industry standards and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure project accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in welding and metal fabrication.

    • Please NOTE : A welding and fabrication test will be part of the interview process)

  • Be able to communicate in English fluently.
  • Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 7am-4pm (Mon - Fri) – Saturdays are required during busy season.
  • 25-$30 DOE

    • Salary : $52,000 - $62,400
