Reports to : QA Manager
Shift : 7am-3 : 30pm
Pay : $19-$23 / hr

Hamilton Connections is currently hiring for a Quality Inspector for a local Manufacturing company in New Britain, CT.
Production Support
Receiving Inspection of customer parts to verify as received dimensions and condition
In-Process Inspection of all production operations and documentation of results
Final Inspection and Test including Coating Thickness, Adhesion, Cure, visual and Fluid Resistance Testing per the applicable internal procedures
Generates lot inspection records, maintains database
Supports specification compliance where required by thermo-coupling parts in cure ovens and charting time / temperature
Documents acceptance of all lots prior to shipment and issues Certificates of Conformance
Generates performance reports (FPY, rejects, etc) for periodic review by QA Manager
Attends daily production meeting and provide QA status updates
Generates Commercial Invoices and coordinates shipping / receiving of ITAR restricted material with carriers
