What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales position at Hamilton Connections?
We are seeking a sales leader with staffing industry knowledge. Must have at least 2 years experience in a Sales or Sales Management role for a temp or direct hire staffing agency. Looking for candidates who are familiar with light industrial and office/clerical staffing and who have contacts in Connecticut and/or Western Massachusetts.
Duties:
- Engage with customers and potential customers to understand their needs and secure their business
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate our service's advantages and benefits to customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales for a staffing firm
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Advanced computer skills, experience with Avionte a plus
