Under general supervision, plan, supervise, schedule and direct the workflow of clerical or administrative support staff. Provides high-level administrative support to assigned manager.

Minimum Qualifications
An Associate’s Degree in business or office management. A valid driver’s license is required.
OR
A high school diploma or GED and five (5) years administrative/clerical work experience, two (2) years of which must be in a lead/supervisory role. A valid driver’s license is required.
Physical Requirements
Work requires limited physical effort primarily involving intermittent sitting, standing, and walking. Work requires computer usage, lifting, carrying, stooping and bending, retrieving, or mailing records, reports, and correspondence. This position may require the occasional or regular lifting and carrying of up to thirty (30) pounds.
MOTION
Coordination and Steadiness – Bending, turning and twisting the body downward and/or forward at the waist and/or by bending the legs at the hips and the knees; Raising or lowering an object from one level to another; Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling while moving; Supporting the weight of an object while walking; Extending the hands and arms; Stepping up or down and/or to or from uneven surfaces and/or over uneven terrain.
VISION AND HEARING
Perception and Response – The ability to see and quickly respond to situations and sounds.
