Under general supervision, performs a variety of financial and accounting related clerical duties such as data entry, checking and reconciling routine accounts, making deposits, tracking time and expenses, record keeping, purchases, and filing reports supportive of the department function.

Minimum Qualifications
The equivalent of a high school diploma and five (5) years of experience in the field of bookkeeping, accounting or related field. Must be able to type 40 words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred – Applicants who are proficient in both English and Spanish are preferred, but not required, for this position. Applicants who indicate they are proficient in both English and Spanish will be required to take a language exam.
Physical Requirements
Work requires extensive keyboarding, limited physical effort primarily involving intermittent sitting, standing, and walking. This position may require the occasional or regular lifting and carrying of up to fifty (50) pounds.
